The Blue series is the longest serving range, defining a traditional Japanese scissor, and for a very good reason. This classic cutting tool is forged from the highest grade steel VG-10W with hollow mirror-polished fully convex, honed edged blades. Creating a razor like edge ideal for slicing. The simple adjustable flat-head screw system allows for easy tension adjustment, making it a classic favourite. Available in both straight and offset.
