6.1 Normally, under regular conditions, delivery times are as follows:

• In Dubai: deliveries within 2-3 working days

• Other Emirates: 2-4 working days

• International: 3-7 working days

Orders received over the weekend may experience slight delays in processing and shipping.

6.2 While we strive to meet these delivery times, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. eideal.com cannot be held liable for any delays in delivery. We will do our best to notify you of any significant delays and work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

7.1 Due to the nature of beauty products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in very exceptional cases. If you believe you have a valid reason for a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team to discuss the matter.

7.2 In the rare event that a return is accepted, the product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

8.1 Any promotion featured on our website in the form of a banner or picture is only applicable for the duration that the banner or picture is present on the website. Once the banner or picture is removed, the promotion is no longer valid, regardless of any promotional code or advertisement you may have seen previously.
