How to use

STEP 1: Dip the brush once and apply to the skin along the upper lash line on both eyes. Do not wash off. 

STEP 2: Allow to dry for at least 90 seconds before applying other eye products. There's no need to apply the lower lash line. 

* Use 2 times daily, AM & PM on clean, dry skin.
