1. For scalp massage: apply evenly over the entire scalp on dry hair, before washing.
2. Proceed with the massage. Emulsify with water and rinse.
3. Follow with the appropriate shampoo and conditioner.
4. For hand massage: apply 5 drops on clean dry hands and massage.
5. Remove the excess of oil with a damp warm towel.
