Step 1 – Cleanse & Refresh (Energizing Shampoo)
Wet hair thoroughly, apply the shampoo mainly at the scalp and massage gently to cleanse buildup, oil, and impurities. Rinse thoroughly. Use 2–3 times per week or as needed to keep scalp clean and balanced.

Step 2 – Nourish & Repair (Nourishing Vegetarian Miracle Mask)
After shampooing, apply the mask from mid-lengths to ends (or scalp-to-ends if scalp is also dry). Leave on for 5–10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Use once a week (or more often if hair is very damaged) to deeply hydrate, repair and soften hair.

Step 3 – Stimulate & Thicken (Energizing Thickening Tonic)
On clean, towel-dried scalp (or as directed), apply the tonic directly to the scalp and massage gently to stimulate circulation and support hair growth. Use regularly — ideally on days between washes — to encourage thickness and healthier growth.
