The following Terms and Conditions will cover issues of Copyright and Payment Procedures, Communication, as well as a FAQ section for further clarification. Please read the following carefully.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

When you visit eideal.com or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail e-mail (two different ways of phrasing email throughout) or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, invoices, and other communications that we provide to you electronically, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

By reading and agreeing to the Terms of Payments you agree that any payment procedures and any payments undertaken by you or a third party are automatically subject to the below regulations

PAYMENT

EIDEAL accepts payment via this website using the following credit cards Visa, MasterCard. Your payment will be confirmed via e-mail. This is in addition to your order confirmation from EIDEAL. When it comes to making purchases and the pricing of products, pay attention to the details of the transaction, because your total price may include taxes, fees, and shipping costs, all of which you are responsible for funding. Keep in mind that you may be presented with additional terms related to a specific purchase before you confirm the transaction (such as shipping terms for tangible goods). Those additional terms will also govern that transaction. When it comes to the payment methods, however you choose to purchase the products you are automatically agreeing to the following:

1. That you are authorized and permitted to use this funding instrument. When you fund a transaction, you authorize us (and our designated payment processor) to charge the full amount to the funding instrument you designate for the transaction. You also authorize us to collect and store the funding instrument's details, along with other related transaction information.

2. If you pay by credit, we may obtain a pre-approval from the issuer of the card for an amount, which may be as high as the full price of your purchase. We will bill your card at the time you load funds for your payments transaction, or shortly thereafter. If you cancel a transaction before completion, this pre-approval may result in those funds not otherwise being immediately available to you.

3. If you fund a payment by debit card and your load transaction results in an overdraft or other fee from your bank, you alone are responsible for that fee.

EIDEAL also maintains the right to cancel any transaction if we believe the transaction violates these Terms or if we believe doing so may prevent financial loss. We may also cancel any electronic value accumulated, transferred, assigned, or sold as a result of fraudulent or illegal behavior. Furthermore, if any problems or shortcoming are detected on your end related to the transaction or if you suspect that an order is being placed without your consent you agree to notify us immediately (within 10 days), so that we may take action to prevent financial loss. Lastly, if you experience a technical failure or interruption of service that causes your funding transaction to fail, you may request that your transaction be completed at a later time.

Cash on Delivery Terms

Cash on Delivery service is available to customers in the UAE and Lebanon. Customers placing orders for delivery outside these locations must pay via the online payment option.

Product Return Policy

Can I cancel the order after I have made my purchase?

If you have changed your mind after purchasing an EIDEAL product, please Contact Us to explain the reason behind it. If the products have still not been delivered to the delivery service provider, we can instantly cancel the purchase order and give you a full refund. If the products have been sent, we will not be able to refund the cost of the products. Please return the items in a secured package, with a copy of the invoice to the following address: EIDEAL TRADING L.L.C, P.O. If I received a damaged item, what do I do?

If you have received a damaged product, please return it within 3 days in its original condition and we will exchange it for a new one or give you a full refund if you wish so.

What do I do if I received products that do not match my order?

In the rare occasion whereby we deliver you the wrong products, please contactor customer service department straightaway. We will issue a free returns service label if we require the goods back and will bear the full costs for the return of the product and ensure you receive the correct goods at no extra cost to yourself.
Please note that, before we send out the correct products we must first receive the ones wrongly sent.
Kindly note that you must inspect the products instantly and make the claim within 24 hours of receipt

Warranty

How long is my tool warranty?

At EIDEAL we strive to bring you high-quality products made from the best materials, therefore we offer you a one (1) year quality-warranty. This covers service/replacement for defects caused by faulty material or workmanship.


Does the warranty include any exclusion?

Please note, damage caused by improper handling or damage caused to the flex cord, steel/plastic parts are not covered by this warranty.
The warranty is only valid if the appliance has been purchased from www.eideal.com, a professional salon, or an authorized retailer.
Any appliances purchased through unofficial outlets including unauthorized websites will not be covered by warranty.


What is the process to follow when I need to send my damaged appliance?

Do not send the appliance to EIDEAL prior to contacting EIDEAL. At the time of contact, a return authorization number will be assigned to you. Any appliance returned without this authorization number may become lost and replacement may not be possible.
The appliance will be replaced for USD60.00 shipping and handling fee. Please contact EIDEAL to advise convenient payment method within your region before sending the appliance.
Appliances should be sent with Return Authorization Number, original receipt as proof of purchase and date of purchase and agreed form of payment. Please refer to our website, www.eideal.com for our postal address in your region.


What if my warranty is not valid anymore?

If the appliance is over one (1) year old and you require service, please contact EIDEAL customer service department at: www.eideal.com
Repairs are a flat rate of USD65.00 including the cost of parts, labor and return shipping. Please contact EIDEAL to advise a convenient payment method within your region before sending the appliance.
When posting your appliance for service, please attach the original receipt indicating the date of purchase. Please issue a brief description of the service required, include your name, physical address and daytime contact number. EIDEAL will issue a complimentary warranty of 60 days from the date of repair.


How long will I remain without my damaged tool?

In order to track your shipment, we recommend you use a reliable shipping company. You are responsible for the shipping charges to EIDEAL. EIDEAL will pay for the return shipping charges. Please allow 10 to 14 working days for you to receive your product.
