How do I place an order?

You must create an account to be able to place an order with us. Placing an order is very easy, you just click on the items you wish to purchase (after selecting the size or the color when applicable) and proceed to check out when your order is complete.

What payment methods does EIDEAL accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Paypal. For orders for UAE and Lebanon, you can also pay cash or card on delivery.

How will I know if EIDEAL has received my order?

After placing your order, you will receive an email to inform you that your order has been received. However, this does not mean that your order has been confirmed. Your order will only be accepted once your payment have been approved. You will then receive a second email from us confirming that your order is in preparation. A 3rd e-mail will be sent when the order will be dispatched.

What should I do if I didn’t receive my order?

Can I change or amend the items in my order once it has been placed?

If you wish to add products to your order after placing it through our website, it will be possible only for cash on delivery orders in UAE and Lebanon. Please contact our Customer Service at the earliest at info@eideal.com or +97142594665 (United Arab Emirates) or +9611366081 (Lebanon). If your order has not been dispatched yet, we might be able to add the products you wish to buy if they are in stock.

Am I able to place an order via telephone?

Yes for UAE and Lebanon orders, you can place your order via telephone by calling our Customer Service +97142594665 (Dubai) or +9611366081 (Lebanon). The payment should be done upon delivery by cash or card.


PRODUCT DELIVERY

When will my purchased products be delivered?

EIDEAL will process your order within 24 hours of receipt. Dispatch is generally within a maximum of five working days. The delivery time excludes weekends and holidays. If an item is out of stock, which might delay the delivery process or refuse your order, we will notify you via e-mail about the expected delivery date or the refusal of your order. EIDEAL cannot to be held responsible for such a delay or refusal.

Our products require your signature of receipt upon delivery. EIDEAL reserves the right to select the delivery method, depending on the nature of your order. Products ordered together may not necessarily be dispatched at the same time.

Are there any delivery charges?

Our delivery charges vary according to the dispatch destination.

International deliveries

All international delivery costs are calculated based on the number of products and weight of your order. Any delivery outside UAE will require the assistance of our Customer Service.
For orders shipped outside Lebanon and the United Arab Emirates, duty charges may be applied.

UAE deliveries

For professionals, the delivery charge is AED 30 unless your order is in excess of AED 500. For end-consumers, the delivery charge is AED 30 unless your order is in excess of AED 300.

Lebanon deliveries

For professionals, the delivery charge is USD 8 unless your order is in excess of USD 150. For end-consumers, the delivery charge is USD 8 unless your order is in excess of USD 80.

To what countries do you deliver?

We deliver to more than 220 countries and territories.

Are there any delivery restrictions for items that contain substances classified as dangerous for transportation?

With regards to the liquid products or any products classified as dangerous goods (sharp products or products that contains flammable, pressurized, corrosive, environmentally hazardous or otherwise harmful substances), each country has its own regulations. Any outside UAE / Lebanon order that includes these products will require the assistance of our Customer Service.

How do I change my delivery address or scheduled delivery date?

Please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible at info@eideal.com or +97142594665 (Dubai) or +9611366081 (Lebanon). We will try to accommodate your request the best. Please note that a change to an address outside of the original delivery country cannot be accepted.

Can I cancel an order?

If you have changed your mind after purchasing our products, please contact our Customer Service as soon as you can by e-mail at info@eideal.com or by phone +97142594665 (UAE) or +9611366081 (Lebanon). Kindly return the items within 15 days in a secured package, with a copy of the invoice to one of the following addresses that our Customer Service will advise you based on your location:

What is the return and exchange policy?

You have 15 days to return or exchange any product you purchased on our website.
To return or exchange any item, please contact our Customer Service at info@eideal.com.
Kindly note that:

  • - you cannot exchange hair extensions or any liquid products if the package or the product itself has been open
  • - the products should be returned in their original packaging in a perfect selling condition or you will not be eligible for any exchange or return.

The products should be returned in a secured package, with a copy of the invoice to the following address:

As soon as we receive your item, you will be entitled to a store credit.
All exchanges and returns must go through an intern process which can take 2-3 days. We do not process returns on weekends. Please plan ahead accordingly.
If you don’t use your store credit right away, please keep your proof of exchange / return and contact our customer service to be able to use it when you will want/need to.
We reserve the right to monitor returns and to refuse orders from customers with excessive returns levels. However nothing in this Returns section is intended to affect any consumer rights that you may have under the Lebanese law.

If I received a damaged item, what do I do?

If you have received a damaged product, please return it within three days in its original condition and we will exchange it for a new one or process a full refund for you.

What do I do if I received products that do not match my order?

On the rare occasion we deliver you the wrong products, please contact our Customer Service department immediately. We will issue a free returns service label if we require the goods back and will bear the full costs for the return of the product and ensure you receive the correct goods at no extra cost to yourself.

Please note that, before we send out the correct products we must first receive the ones wrongly sent.

Kindly note that you must inspect the products upon delivery and make the claim within 24 hours of receipt.


WARRANTY

How long is my tool warranty?

At EIDEAL we strive to bring you high-quality products made from the best materials, therefore we offer you a one year quality-warranty on our tools. This covers service/replacement for defects caused by faulty material or workmanship.

Does the warranty include any exclusion?

Please note that damage caused by improper handling or damage caused to the flex cord, steel/plastic parts are not covered by this warranty.

The warranty is only valid if the appliance has been purchased from www.eideal.com, a professional salon, or an authorized retailer

Any appliances purchased through unofficial outlets including unauthorized websites will not be covered by warranty.

What is the process to follow when I need to send my damaged appliance?

Do not send the appliance prior to contacting EIDEAL Customer Service. At the time of contact, a return authorization number will be assigned to you. Any appliance returned without this authorization number may become lost and replacement may not be possible

If the defect is covered by the warranty, the appliance will be repaired or replaced by EIDEAL at no cost.

If the defect is not covered by the warranty the appliance will be repaired or replaced for AED 270 or USD75.00 including shipping and handling fees. Please contact EIDEAL to advise convenient payment method within your region before sending the appliance.

Appliances should be sent with Return Authorization Number, original receipt as proof of purchase and date of purchase and agreed form of payment. Please refer to our website, www.eideal.com for the postal address closest to your region (Dubai or Lebanon).

What if my warranty is not valid anymore?

If the appliance is more than (1) year old and you require service, please contact EIDEAL Customer Service department at: info@eideal.com.

If your warranty is no longer valid, the appliance will be repaired or replaced for AED 270 or USD75.00 including shipping and handling fees. Please contact EIDEAL to advise convenient payment method within your region before sending the appliance.

When posting your appliance for service, please attach the original receipt indicating the date of purchase. Please issue a brief description of the service required, include your name, physical address and daytime contact number. EIDEAL will issue a complimentary warranty of 60 days from the date of repair.

How long will I remain without my damaged tool?

In order to track your shipment, we recommend you use a reliable shipping company. You are responsible for the shipping charges to EIDEAL, but we will pay for the return shipping charges. Please allow 10 to 14 working days for you to receive your product.

Will EXTENDED hair extensions damage my hair?

No, provided that EXTENDED hair extensions are applied by professionals and removed using our hair extensions remover, your hair won’t be damaged.

How long will my hair extensions last?

This type of extensions gets you covered for around 4 applications with the ability to reuse for up to a year.

What part of my hair should the extensions match with?

To reach a perfect result, you must choose a color that matches your hair from the middle to the ends.

How can I check if I chose the right color?

If you want to check if the color you selected is a perfect match for your hair before placing your order, you can visit us at one of our showroom in Dubai or Lebanon to test with our color chart

What temperature can EXTENDED hair extensions be styled at?

EXTENDED hair extensions can be straightened, blow-dried, styled and curled. In order to preserve the lifespan of your hair extensions, we suggest to always use a heat protectant spray prior to styling and to set your tool between 180°C to 200°C. Anything higher may run the risk of damaging them.

Can I dye, bleach, or tone my hair extensions?

Your hair extensions can be dyed a darker color or toned but we recommend that it will be done by a professional hair colorist who has had previous experience in working with hair extensions. If you do decide to get them dyed, we recommend you to test the colour on a single hair extension prior to do dye the full set, to ensure that you are satisfied with the results. We strongly do not recommend getting hair extensions colored a lighter shade, as it will require them to be bleached and it’s a harmful chemical process that can alter the quality of your set.

Please note that dyeing or toning hair extensions may alter the structure of the hair, resulting in a lowered lifespan.

Can my hair extensions be permed?

The liquids used for perming are very strong, so we would advise you not to perm your extensions.

How do I remove my hair extensions?

To remove your hair extensions, you need to use our hair extensions remover.

Are there any special care instructions?

Human hair extensions don’t exactly act like your own hair because they no longer receive nutrients from the scalp. They need to be treated more gently.

You can wash your hair extensions with warm water, shampoo and conditioner.

Never brush or comb your extension if they are wet and never use synthetic extension cleaners on human hair.
